I'm a mother of four children, ranging in age from 2-14 and make my home in Mahnomen, MN, together with my husband and a cute West Highland White Terrier named Daisy. We live in a big, two-story house with lots of windows. Sewing and creativity have been a big part of my life for as long as I remember. Both my mother and my grandmother were expert seamstresses and I am carrying on their skills and needlework traditions.  
During my growing up years, sewing things was a way to save money. Now it has become the way of choice to acquire items for the home that are unique and custom-crafted, or clothes that truly fit like they were made for you.

My journey as a tailor started when I was a teenager and sewed some of my own clothes. It grew from there. When I married, I started sewing tailored shirts for my husband. Soon, I was sewing for my children and making items for my home. When I started Tina's Tailoring in 1998, it started out of my home as an alterations and specialty sewing business. It was a way for me to make money doing something I love while still being able to be home for my children.  

Since that time, I have branched out into the world of home decor. I inherited my mother's eye for design along with her sewing expertise and found that there was a real need for quality, creative solutions for my clients windows, beds and living rooms.

There are few things in life that give me greater joy than my satisfied customers. I am happy to furnish references upon request.
